Following the many requests we get from those looking to help themselves, their partners, family and friends we have decided to make available as a free download one of our many audio meditations. The meditation was recorded live before a group of about 200 students or so. It is an introductory style meditation, which you can listen to and learn and or listen and participate. Once you know the techniques you can listen and simply apply them until such time that you can do it without the audio. Of course, it is also fine to continue with the audio as a back-up. The audio is not strictly meditational but informational and meditational.

The essence of the work that flows through me is in line with that which can be called sacred and esoteric by nature.
