How do I book for an event?
You need to sign up on our website before you can make a booking.
Once you have your account ------> Please log into your account with your user name and password > go to upcoming events > choose the relevant page for either Australia or the UK. Click on headline of the event you like to book (see image below of a sample event)

------> this will open the full text about the event > click on the 'Booking Info'-link > this opens the booking section.

------> Before you click on the 'Book Now'-button please choose either > 'I will bring a massage table' or 'I do not have a massage table' if relevant to the event > then click 'Book Now'. This will send us a booking note and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

------> Please note: when you have successfully booked an event the button now reads 'cancel booking' > see image below.

------> Should you wish to cancel a booking click on 'Cancel Booking' - this sends us a message that you have cancelled your booking.

How do I pay for my booking online?
If you have already booked for an event and wish to pay for it online then log into the Universal Medicine website and navigate to the event you have booked for. Alternatively, select the event from your "My Bookings" section of your account summary. When you view any event that you have booked for but have not yet paid for you will see a 'Pay Now' button near the bottom of the event.

Why am I not receiving e-mail?
Things to check if you are not receiving email:
- Is your email address correct (perhaps it has changed recently). Check your details under the "my account" link.
- Do you have anti-spam software running on your computer? Sometimes email is miss-classified as junk. Check your "junk "or "spam" mail folder.
- Are you using a "free" email service like Yahoo or Hotmail? Check your "bulk" or "junk" folders - sometimes these services are too aggressive with their classification of mail as "spam".

I forgot my password!
If you have forgotten your password you can follow the Request new password link and supply either your email address or username that you used when you registered with us. An email will be sent to your current registered email address with a new password and instructions for logging back into the site (and changing the new password to something more easy to remember!)
